These terms apply to vividlio.com and the products that run on it, which are operated by Vividlio (“we”). By using Vividlio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up. An account is for one person.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the service at risk.
Templates
Templates on Vividlio are free to download. You may use them, and change them, in personal and commercial projects, including work for clients. You may not sell, share or redistribute a template, or a modified version of it, as a template or theme of your own.
A template page may list its own license or credits. That information applies to that template. Templates may include third-party code, fonts or images under their own licenses.
Acceptable use
When you use Vividlio, do not:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- try to get around sign-in limits, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
- scrape the site, or overload it with automated traffic, beyond what normal browsing needs;
- post reviews that are false, abusive or spam.
Your content
You own the reviews and other content you post. You allow us to show that content on Vividlio. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Other sites and services
Vividlio links to sites we do not run, such as live template demos and source repositories. Their own terms and policies apply.
No warranty
Vividlio and the templates are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site will always be available, or that templates are free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Vividlio or of any template.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Vividlio after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
