PrivacyPolicy

What we collect when you use Vividlio, why we collect it, and how you can see, change or delete it.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy covers vividlio.com and the products that run on it, which are operated by Vividlio (“we”). You can browse templates without an account. We only collect personal data when you sign up, sign in, or use features that need an account.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name and email address. If you sign up with a password, we store only a one-way hash of it, never the password itself. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
  • Activity in your account: the templates you download, save as favorites or review, and the notifications we send you.
  • Technical and security records: when you download a template, sign in, sign out or fail to sign in, we record the time, your IP address and your browser’s user agent.

How we use it

  • To run your account and show your downloads, favorites and notifications.
  • To keep accounts safe, for example by blocking repeated failed sign-ins and limiting how many accounts one network can create.
  • To count downloads and understand which templates people use.
  • To send you emails about your account.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies that the site needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 7 days, and short-lived security cookies that protect sign-in forms. Your browser’s local storage keeps a cache of pages you have viewed so the site loads faster. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Some pages have space for ads served by Google AdSense. When ads are shown, Google may use cookies to choose and measure them. See how Google uses data from sites that show its ads.

Who processes your data for us

We use these providers to run Vividlio. They only process data to provide their service to us:

  • Vercel, which hosts the website
  • Turso, which hosts our database
  • Cloudflare, which stores and serves images and template files
  • Google, for “Sign in with Google” and, when shown, ads
  • An email delivery provider, when we send you account emails

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your account details and activity. We may keep security records for as long as we need them to protect the service or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

  • You can update your name and password in Settings.
  • You can delete your account at any time from the Danger Zone in Settings.
  • To get a copy of your data or ask us to correct it, email info@vividlio.com.

Children

Vividlio is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will also tell signed-in users.
